At Be You, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation, contact our customer support team with your order number and cancellation request.

We will make reasonable efforts to process your cancellation request before the order is dispatched.

Providing complete order information helps us process your request faster.

Orders That Have Not Been Shipped

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will generally try to cancel it upon receiving your request.

If payment has already been made, an eligible refund will be initiated after the cancellation is confirmed.

Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please contact our customer support team. We will inform you of the available options based on the status of the shipment.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved and you have already made payment, the applicable refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

Cash on Delivery Orders

If you placed a Cash on Delivery order and request cancellation before dispatch, we will cancel the order where possible without collecting payment.

Repeated cancellations or refusal of multiple COD deliveries may affect the availability of COD for future orders.

Important Note

Once an order has entered the shipping or fulfillment process, cancellation may not be possible.
